Except, there cant be a "Board of Directors" , at least a functioning one.

This is 2 people who occasionally show up in a $500 a month ( rent in arrears) office, who are on their final dregs of a 6+ year unsuccessful run at bringing what could have been a viable product to market .

Nothing more.

There's no board, or Juan, or Major Mathis or Sgt Pepper for that matter.
