I think you may be intentionally missing the point to bolster the stock wich hell im all for as i stand to gain from it as well, however i will argue the point that the laws the eld mandate enforces electronically are and have been on the books as federal regulations for a long time now, if the company is and has been unsafe or not following these protocalls as there record clearly shows than there is a leadership issue that this e log will not fix, you cant make someone a good leader or better person by passing a law, they need to re structure bt twiss transport leadership and find better results
