The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of ALME because of questions that have arisen regarding publicly available information in its Form 10-K filed on July 24, 2017 for the fiscal years ended April 30, 2015 and 2016 concerning, among other things, whether the
company’s name and business had changed, the qualifications of its oil and gas reserves evaluator, and statements concerning the availability of corporate information on its website. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Exchange Act
