Didn't spend a lot of time on the 10Q. The only thing I'm concerned with is the outcome of the Semcon litigation. Trial is set for first week of January and based off the docket calendar November 30th the parties must "Notify Court of Agreements Reached". If there is no agreement then trial prep starts and it is very expensive. For the next to weeks each side is going to battle every inch they can. It's show time!
