This looks like the start of DVAX going it alone to produce, market and sale Hepislav-B. They will have to outsource sales and advertising estimated at $25M each.
The good thing is there is a get out clause in there which would allow a buy out if it came along and was good enough. This may just be posturing but DVAX knows the revenues available here and they are willing to start down that road....Good Long Term gains IMHO....love to hear someone else's view on this !!
