exactly. the SEC is not out to protect shareholders. They are out to get paid with the disguise they are working for us. It should be illegal to do it so many times. What a lack of integrity by management to do this to people. The stock market is a loophole for companies to steal, cheat and rob people. Hence why people are flooding to cryptos.
