What you state is impossible because BNet TV is owned by Bnet Communications. BNet Media is what is supposedly going to trade. Then, as the story is woven, Bnet Communications sells Bnet TV and is merged into Bnet Media, the shell company formerly known as Horizontal. I do know the storyline. Unfortunately it is just a very old tale with no substance. A penny stock by definition is now a stock under 5 dollars. This stock is not even a 1/ hundredth of a penny. The old geezer is done and dusted. Investors were fleeced to the tune of about 1.5 million in private monies which were diverted to the Sklar family fortune and Tony Sklar for his penthouse. Soon papers will be given to the investigating FBI through the State of Virginia and this stock will be pulled off the message board permanently.
