Thalio.....I sure hope you have been taking my kidding as a compliment. I'm on a team with a reliability engineer where I am employeed. Most of the time he comunicates on a different level than the rest of us. I can tell because people faces become glazed when he is explaining something.

We all are hearing what he is saying but it sure as heck is not soaking in. We need people like this. They usually do not make good leaders though. They have trouble communicating with the masses which is not good when your a leader.

But you seem to be able to express what's flying around in your head without straining your tougue and our brains.

Usually people like that are best kept in the jobs they are best suited for. But as I've noted before, they are invaluable and welcomed around me. Heck someone needs to know what is going on.

I follow my gut instincts and it's about 4 inches in front of me bouncing around getting in the way.

Im' disappointed no one got my joke last night about my instincts and me taking a shower daily...........
