Refer to post #1097by headsortails refers to a company quote in regards to the company being fully reporting when they make any stock sales and also mentions that there salaries are modest refering to the June 30th 10-k. IMO- Transparency is key We will see these form 4 sales of stock so will know when they dump stock on us. This company is not yet profitable and till they start turning a profit they take salaries in shares and from time will sell some. The commitment to transparency I'm sure was one of the reasons why Paul Pelosi took the position to help lead the company. The company uplisted to the OTCQB which is part of what helped them partner with Pelosi. I think they will uplist again when they meet the requirements.
