It will result from a National effort.
America will be FIRST to the market respective to REPURPOSING old Foundries.
Why else would the DOE get involved?
Any Renaissance will require AMERICA FIRST.
The DOE's last (and only) Renaissance was the Manhatten Project and .... Oh Yeah ...
