Disclosure from who? The Company is shut down - it no longer is in operation, and has not been from the second they filed Chapter 7.

Some information is disclosed, but only to those parties with an economic interest. Common shareholders have zero chance of recovery, so the information is not distributed to shareholders. To do so would just add additional costs on top of the substantial bankruptcy costs already incurred and further reduce the recovery to which the debtors and/or creditors are entitled. I know that is not what common shareholders want to hear, but it is how things work.

If you want to follow all the court filings, those are all public and available on PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records).
