Spot Vol is only 11.15 currently...

these markets seem Not to be too worried...
We need to see spot at least over 13 for several days for a meaningfull rise in VXX...IMO...If spot goes into the 15-20 range and stays more than a day...VXX will spike...Bigly...

It would take some kind of "shock' to the markets...my guess it could start in Europe...
