As other have explained I see no value for them to add the DVR and the movies because their main focus is not in the U.S market.

OTTV have the patent pending for their platform that other can't copycat. This isn't an overnight deal. It has carefully planned for a long long time. Oi2TV is a win-win for all the parties.
