Biggest problem is liquidity in them, however, if the Malaysians can't bring any buyers in on that one, then it's time to give up on Malaysian tickers all together, because that thing looks really good on the surface.
I plan on doing a lot of DD on it in the coming days, if they are really developing nearly $1 billion dollars in real estate, over the next 3 years, then this should be good, even with this ss.
