And I do not see any „accounting mess“!? It is only about Feng Li, a Director and shareholder of KIWA being also minority shareholder of Kangtan Gerui. Very small detail, but must be clearly mentioned in all reports of 2106. This is the only reason for necessity of revised reports and re-audit of 2016. Lot of work for the company, but not any big issue.
