As far as I can tell Shaanxi Long Star is within 10 miles of Hancheng. It sounds like they first want to build factories in Hancheng to produce the vehicle parts and components and then spread out to vehicle manufacturing.

With a Long Star branch going to open to the southwest in Xi'an (within 100 miles of Shaanxi Long Star), Long Star is going to have their production bases covered.

A Long Star-JB&ZJMY vehicle parts/battery plant could support Shaanxi Long Star in Xizhuangzhen and the Xi'an branch.

Just another confirmation of the JB&ZJMY-Long Star connection as ZJMY CEO Han Zhiming and Long Star Chairman Lui Kaiyang presented in the Hancheng meeting.
