ER was very good considering where they were a year ago. EBITDA was up 100%, a key benchmark for companies looking to make acquisitions. The going concern was remediated as PTX has plenty of working capital on hand. Non-core assets have and will continue to be sold. The table is set, this is what we have been waiting for. More of the plan will be laid out after the shareholder meeting next week.
