I was referred over to you by a partner of mine, Craig Kaufman, and I wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself. You two were exploring a potential business and co-packing relationship and Craig asked that I shoot you over my contact info (in the footer of the email) as well as a little more information about us. So…. I’ll give it my best shot at being as brief as I can.
· Bell Food & Beverage, Inc., is a private label, co-pack and contract manufacturer of specialty food & beverage products, and the campus has been producing since 1962.
· We specialize in a variety of gourmet, organic and all-natural products.
· Our facility is located in a suburb of Portland, Oregon (about forty-five minutes south), where we supply product to an international clientele.
· The facility houses both hot and cold fill production lines.
· Although we specialize in the western part of the USA, we have easy access to interstate highway and railway. We have 4 loading docks, and are located directly off the I-5 freeway for ease of access for logistics.
· We have a 60,000-square foot building that houses the production lines, and a 30,000-square foot building directly across from it is used to house materials and finished goods for storage, drop shipping, etc.
· We have an in-house laboratory and formulators that are available to help with any creative products and formulations you may need help with.
· We are an FDA, Kosher and an Organic Certified Plant.
· We have the capabilities to fill many different shapes and sizes of plastic or glass bottles from 5oz. to 55-gallon drums (or even larger) along with many labeling options.
· Lastly, we can handle small batches as well as large batches and be there for you as you continue to grow.
I attached questionnaire and NDA, so you’re comfortable with exchanging information that will help us give you some solid answers on the costs, production, product builds, processes, etc. If you have an NDA you would like us to sign (instead of or in addition to), we can certainly do that too.
If you could fill it out and send it back to us, it would be huge. This will help us get a little more of an idea on your vision, and give us the opportunity to talk a little more in depth.
