No, their claims have no significant value of any kind.

They are a dime a dozen. Anyone can stake those properties for nothing, and hope (and pray) than someone finds something nearby and make them an area play.

They have no real value of any kind. Which is why NBRI has LOST lots of claims for non-payment over the last 3 years and they remain available. No one wants them.
