You're expecting a 30% placebo effect in moderate to severe psoriasis?

Others with clinical/medical experience have opined that the placebo effect should lessen due to the more severe cases of psoriasis and that it should end up to be about 5%. Quite a discrepancy in expectations here.

Hoping you are way off the mark on this opinion.
