302 delinquent SEC registered stocks with I-HUB message boards:

Why isn't HERB on that list???

NOTE: OTC Markets lists many stocks as SEC reporting when those stocks are not registered with the SEC. Those stocks electively report to the SEC but are not obligated to file Financials to the SEC. The only reliable source for researching SEC registered stocks is EDGAR: link for EDGAR at the end of this post.

So the question remains, can the SEC revoke HERB? Or can they only suspend it and then move it to the grey market?

The rules are not very clear. HERB never filed a S-1 btw. Nor did they have a senior listing.

Again, Why isn't HERB on that list???
