Here's their SEC filings, notice they filed 2 15-12b's....

the second one they filed was at a time they were not even registered, their S1 was withdrawn.

The " Chinese " angle was actually a decent business at one time, they brought a few good co's to our markets.

They received shares for eack of these co's, and others. What happened to those is, and always was my question.
