Spent 3 days VisitingSimiliar FL-Company,like IVFH was in early days. Report:

Also in South Florida is a nanocap like IVFH when it was in .20s It had $300K mkt cap, $300k cash, and $300k profits when first found it and started buying and was .005, now it's .0185 and it getting exciting with new product line, L&W Compressors (German company) exclusive distributorship https://lwamericas.com/ for all of North/Central/South America. Spent 3 days with them. Below is my report, think it has multibagger potential like IVFH. BTW BornAgain is in it too.

L&W is considered by many to be the highest quality compressor out there. After extensive talks with L&W and seeing them, concur. And in prior markets they enter they get 10-15% of Bauers sales in a few years. For USA alone that is $10-15 million for BWMG. Current sales are $2.5 million for Brownies(BWMG) diving systems which are well known.

Thanks Clogger, you covered a lot of what we learned. Robert was so busy getting ready for DEMA Show that I felt a bit guilty about taking up as much time as did before the show.

If anyone wants to meet them and see the new L&W compressors and other new products, suggest they go the show at Orlando. And if you have or buy a few million shares, bet Robert can get you a pass to the show wink

BTW Clogger and his son were great travel companions and plan to visit the show.

Observations.

1. Bigger than guessed, the factory is really big.

2. Met just about everyone in the company and Peter from L&W the head person for L&W for international sales and setting up new territories. Peter is hyper knowledgeable about compressor technology.

3. In regards to team members, noticed that most have been there 5 years, 10 years or even 15 years. This speaks well or Robert.

4. Robert is working huge hours and has many creative ideas for boosting sales. They have new marketing and sales people, that was not focused on until this year. Was impressed by the people there. Lots of talent. They have several L&W compressors going to the show. My guess is they will signup dealers and make sales at the show.

5. What the reviews on dive industry chat boards say, that L&W probably has the best compressors in the world, was born out by what learned. Bauer is very good, but seems L&W has an edge, sorta like AVIS ads, they try harder. Got in depth technical education by Peter on them.

6. After hearing from Peter how other new markets for L&W like Singapore and China ended up with significant market share for L&W vs Bauer in just a few years, my projections that have posted here for Brownies sales may have even been on the light side. The biggest market is the Americas. There is one small Caribbean island that does 5,000 scuba tank fills a day! That requires a lot of compressors.

7. Found out about other compressor markets like injection molding. My guess- industrial will be bigger than diving. And seems L&W keeps creating bigger and bigger compressors, my guess that will continue, the line will expand.

8. Robert is a natural leader and has put a good team together. Have even better opinion on BWMG after this in depth visit.

9. Also met Mikel, the other board member. He was much better dressed than us, having returned from a consulting assignment. He has an MBA and does high end consulting for troubled companies and he is a diver that has known Robert a long time. We will likley find out more about him in the future. Enjoyed talking with him.
