I don't think the company has enough manuals for products to call it a library. They could have a CPO for sure. It looks like they have lots of patents in various forms so a Chief Patent Officer could be required. It might totally define a new class of officer. This position would/should report to the CTO who created the patents.

Seriously, I think the next update we will see will be a changing of the officers and directors. I am sure some of them are asking "why is he here" or "why am I here." I think there will be some firings or resignations as they restructure for the Sri Lanka and Jamaica installations.
