I've convinced myself that JCDS wants to remain dark by not reporting. Easy way to end any and all future shareholder disclosure argument. JCDS telling a shareholder (based on phone call play by play shareholder post) that IF they starts reporting, they are required or must continue to report is ludicrous. The Form 15 filed years ago obligates them to do nothing as they are doing related to financial disclosure. They can report one quarter and not the next and so on. They are not aware or totally full of it imo. The past predicting the future as I see it. JMHO
