What's Canoe Pool America worth??? SANP has the containers and Canoe Pool has the Bitcoin Mining equipment, Now if Canoe Pool has 50,000 s9 antminers at 30G a piece that equates to $1.5B so SANP will have to buy alot of the mining equipment to help balance the merger to get the deal done imo. Valuation wise $1.5B divided by the 9.5B Authorized shares is .1579 a share and $1.5B divided by the 5,277,137,323 outstanding shares is .2842 so I'd be really happy at around .13 a share.
1st and goal means SANP is about to score for us shareholders!!!
