Is this a right or wrong thing by reporting it to make sure? Also still not a bad idea to report as he’s giving information to only a select group of investors by only making it available to them.

The SEC has already called and asked about my inquiry. I told them my concerns. They seemed to take it serious. By saying do more DD to find out if it’s real or not is absurd. You’re telling me you can track the IP and cross reference it to Mark’s computer without violating any laws? The reason I reported it is because I was thinking “If Mark was really a good CEO he wouldn’t be spending time on message boards to tame expectations.”

As far as “bad mouthing” the *petitioner in an IPR case... I laugh that you think I’d be investigated for the post they documented. I’m sure you don’t even know why it was there. A link to the court document showing the final written decision went against the petitioner and a sentence saying that. They said I was a part of the company (as in I’m an employee, which there are none) and I was publicly boasting about defeating them and it ruined their reputation. Maybe they thought I was an employee because I knew almost every accurate detail of the current structure of the company in other posts?
