If you check out Capstone, they are public and also filed 15-12g a few years back.
My speculation is KRED had a serious cash flow problem and needed to make a move. Whatever the result, the termination of being required to file with the SEC means shareholders are at their mercy for disclosure
Whatever the future holds, Im not one to purchase or hold a passive position in a company under these circumstances.
KRED should be explaining what this is all about but so far.... crickets
