And what's your reasoning behind this assumption? Don't you think MSFT would have gave him the boot too if that were the case? And it sure seems like the 3 parties disagree on SOMETHING if they want to split up the docket. Taking the case to court vs settlement would be the most obvious reason, but there could be a number of others.

Like I said, just my opinion, but with the info provided it looks like Duo might want to put up a fight. Which again, would be GOOD for SFOR to get a win in court and mandated treble damages.
