Agreed!! Instead of sharing profits with another Tea supplier, it would make sense for Sodexo to keep all profits to itself.

Based on data in 2010, Sodexo is serving nearly one billion hot beverages, or 10,000 tons of coffee and tea annually. link

Popularity of Tea is growing within the younger generation, and it would make perfect sense for Sodexo to keep the supplier part in-house.

Spending, let's say, $100M for ABVG is really peanuts for Sodexo that has $16 Billion euros in annual revenue. And they are looking at making hundreds of millions in revenues annually. Win-Win. Hope that it works out !!!
