Almost certainly going to roll NCI in here, it's pretty much a given IMO. Don't see a lot of info on the bio-coal company itself, beyond the website and a couple articles, but all the players look really good, are all wealthy and have solid track records with public companies.

I know Jonathan Braun took Medium4.com(fka ForeignTV.com) public on the OTC, eventually uplisted to AMEX, where it traded well over $5.00, had a $100M+ market cap and he eventually sold his stake to institutional investors.
