FDA USCC/Comella WARNING LTR..WORLD WIDE..LITERALLY !

Look at the freaking coverage- this is gonna bury this mess IMO. I just don't see how they're gonna get out of the hole they dug on this one, especially when Comella makes a freaking Youtube video and DENIES they did anything wrong, and is still arguing that the FDA "has it wrong", as in "WE DON'T MAKE DRUGS" or whatever, when the FDA just sent a VERY, VERY, VERY FORMAL WARNING but Comella is still blathering, "WHAT WE DO ISN'T A DRUG" blah, blah, blah when the FDA just "wrote um up" and EXTENSIVELY CITED ALL THE LAWS THEY'RE BREAKING, INCLUDING "ILLEGALLY MARKETING and SELLING A NEW, UNAPPROVED DRUG PER FDA LAW"....gawd...DENIAL....THAT, THAT is their "official response"???? WOWZA, never, ever, ever have seen that "Approach" to the FDA before?

It's beyond amazing to me, having watched that mess of a video blather, like they really believe that's gonna do it? AND, "WE COOPERATE WITH THE FDA ALWAYS" and the FDA stated, "YOU INTENTIONALLY INTERFERED WITH AN FDA INSPECTION AND BLOCKED OUR INVESTIGATORS" ETC and then thee FDA cites that as, "A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW" with the particular statute and all....holy freaking crimeny....I really guess they "don't get it"...or think the law isn't gonna reach um or apply to um.....NEVER seen anything like it in all my days?

Well...the BIG BAD STORY broke biggly WIDE OPEN- and still expanding looks like to me, it's now reached overseas and probably every major news outlet on the planet...here's what it looks like from a "random sample" I just did on a quick Googel search:

How bout all these- I'd guess with AARP, TIME mag and all these below- that's probably close to 30 MILLION who read/saw the USSC/Comella FDA FORMAL WARNING LETTER "NEWS" and associated FDA formal commentary regarding same....no? Funny, the "blog" didn't mention a peep about any of this? WHY? WHY WOULD THAT BE?

I think the lawyers are gonna come out of the woodwork on this now...like sharks in a bloody pool of chum....they can smell it probably....and CASH POOR USRM is gonna be in a legal battle that'll probably bury um...in my humble opinion... I think this is just the start...the tip of a bad iceberg....and a mess that's busting wide, wide open...an onion about to get peeled back.....

WONDER NOW WHY GACP "TERMINATED" their $5 million....LOL???? LOOK AT THE DATES ON THAT DEAL GONE BAD, and the FDA DOCUMENTS...gee...another SHAZAM moment for good ole USRM/Bioheart....never a let down in the drama department....LOL !!
