Why did someone start a new board for NEWC??

NEWC does not exist as a tradable ticker anymore. Its SEC registration has been revoked and therefore cannot be traded on any exchange.

Maybe you can try buying or selling their cancelled stock certificates on ebay? In the old days, bankrupt company stock certificates were either destroyed by their owners or dumped in the attic for their future heirs to ponder.
