It was a court settlement due to lawsuit brought by former shareholders, and what ever hanky panky Simpson may be guilty of is not publicly known.

If Simpson wins the struggle to advance the technology, new buyers may make long term money here. I would not be surprised though if there are losses of 90 percent plus, but it is speculation based on dismal history.

Best case is difficult to predict, but quadrupling of stock value is conceivable. 350 to 1 at 4 cents would make $14 and then eventually $56.
