Barchart=SOLID BUY:Was holding steady around-.002 earlier this year-end-last and had couple double-digit pops just last week or so,
there was no reason for retraction except manipulation- bid-sitting to re-load, this will pop again and with news anything is possible:

SS hasn't changed since Jan. 2014/ almost 4 years so new highs possible, lotsa eyes here:
