hi ridge---i cant pm---the one you are looking at could be ok but when or if they hit the $$$$------what would prevent the govt making an apropration of the assets---it is like the wild west down there----an intresting prospect for maybe a taste!---here we got painted down from 1.69--yesterday---im pretty well all in on this one ---wish i had some of the canopy left though!!---gl----tmonkey
