Summary of the "insider trading" issue:

I think the great majority of us can agree on the following:
1. It was bad form for Idcc management to trade during the settlement of such a monumentally important matter as the Nok contract. With hindsight, I wouldn't be surprised if management would also agree with this.
2. The trading was legal.
3. It was inappropriate and defamatory for Nok to use its accusations of insider trading in the negotiating process.
