But Tim Sykes guide is BS. Note the section "Borrow the stock". That is the problem.

Borrowed stock has to come from margin accounts. Since a subpenny stock is not marginable, you can't find any to borrow.

Even if you could, you have another problem. The margin requirement. It is 50 cents per share plus half the value of the stock. That means you would have to put up over a half million dollars to short sell 1 million shares of this scam. Let's say you did that and it went to .0002.

You would make only 300 dollars but you just tied up over a half million to do it. The ROE (return on equity) would be pathetic.

Ask a few brokers if you can borrow this stock to sell short and get back to us.
