Collusion, in fact, can easily connect the dots in answering the unanswered question here.....of how so many companies (not just the 50 but many more) could not & would not see the gold lying in the middle of the road. They purposely colluded to put their blinders on & their dukes up, to communally ignore vplm and any possible value or threat. The effectively have made vplm "go away" in a sense. It has worked for how many years now?.............while those "colluders"......the big dogs....have continued to THRIVE and cont'd to rake in such huge profits.....which they know will protect them from the "incoming meteor".... the one that is talked about & touted by vplm (and the handful of supporters) but never comes........because the colluders git their shit together long ago.....and they collude to use every available tactic to fend off the threat. That is, if there even is a threat. More likely their collusion had then learn their really isn't any true threat of the patents because maybe they ain't all that to begin with.
And this collusion clearly explains the other unanswered question been posed here, of how could so many companies, in fact all of them, reach the same conclusion about the possible threat of vplm. Oh, I know....its because they were all simply arrogant. Yeah, right.
