bob, my hunch is the SEC may require more info on the acquisition than you suggest.

We really don't yet know when the acquisition closed since P10 didn't mention a closing date in their announcement. However, in RCP 2's last ADV form filed on Sept. 11, they stated:

The Acquisition is expected to close in September 2017.

This leads me to believe there is a good possibility that the transaction did indeed close on or prior to Sept. 30. I guess we all just have to wait and see what has really transpired.
