If you have a small company suing many large company’s and if one(1) of those large company’s partnered or purchased the little company then the result is the many other big companies would ALL have to pay huge settlements or licensing to VoIP-Pal.
If on the other hand the five(BIGest)) companies agree to stick together and not purchase/licence VPLM they all only have to pay the attorneys on retainers to keep VPLM in court until VPLM is broke.
Again,my opinion and also I believe Emil’s ,ask him.
