Case on hemp inc. will be dismissed because I think the case is lacking evidence.
I think Hemp will be eventually become federally reclassified as a commodity instead of a schedule 1 drug.
Hemp will become federally legal, as the trend shows (states are legalizing). The more people are aware of how hemp can be utilized as a crop, the more momentum it has to become federally legal.
With that said, how will the company Hemp inc. perform as a result.
Hemp inc. is an established company, has more control over the industry compared with other start ups that might try to pop up if the predictions above were to occur.
Hemp inc. has the best ticker (HEMP)
Hemp inc. has the foundation to perform if the predictions above were to happen.
The dilution now is problematic, however, if the predictions above were to happen it will not make a difference.
Final thoughts.
I think the fate of the company will be decided in the next few months, I am personally all in because #1 I believe in hemp, #2 I believe this company will come out on top based on my research and experience.
Everything in this post is in my opinion.
