big: It is clear a developer made the changes from 'NeoMedia' to 'NM, LLC' without any supervision. The result is that it does appear as if NM, LLC is making an illegal and unregistered stock offering. They are not. The reason the website stays up is that NM, LLC is trying to prove to the courts they are not just patent trolls. I read one of their filings that presented that fact and conclusion.

I will check tomorrow and see how well their patent trolling is going. I am pretty sure they are thinking the NeoMedia patents are now not worth the maintenance fees. How did they think they were going to improve on a failing patent troll business with expired patents?
