The U.S. Federal 214 SPENDING BILL that was passed has an amendment that prohibits the U.S. federal government from using federal funds to prosecute medical cannabis programs and the sale and use of medical cannabis. In other words, the medical cannabis programs that are legal in the states that have them are protected from federal prosecution by this bill.
