If you read closely, I think he can only convert the interest if he wants to at 001, not the loan itself. And that was known for months now. That's why some on the board always counted 250 million shares for doing any math. It's a non event, just saying. But that said there is selling and there has been selling yday as well and in the past as well until there is another big push. This won't be a deal breaker for upcoming earnings IMO.
