and after Jan 1, any MJ business in California will have to have rigorous testing of their product. Testing for pesticides, heavy metals, etc.

As a convicted felon and with serious fraud judgment, child support neglect, and all those liens, the CEO may never be able to be licensed.

Plus, he can't now and won't be able to deduct business expenses or use the same accumulated losses vs. gains to avoid paying taxes.
