Hey diz, my guess would be that he would not entertain an uplisting effort if it involved another RS - at least not in the near future.

I'm pretty confident he wants to let nature take it's course so-to-speak with increasing fundamentals=increasing share price=big board qualifications. Or, more likely, sell the company before he ever gets to that decision point.
