Honestly man this guy's just a royal pain in the behind! If I had a record like this guy, I'd keep as low a profile as possible not drag the company through the dirt and only go kicking and screaming.

But we know Mr Klug will win eventually, his war chest is a lot bigger than this failure of a company director. If I had made $63m on my last deal and this guy showed up I'd laugh at him and tell him I'd bankrupt him with legal costs before I'f give up!
