Marsh said Plug will be producing more than 500 vehicles and a fueling station network in the Shanxi province of north China over the next year. That will follow with 13,500 units over the next three years. To protect its intellectual property, Marsh said Plug is "focusing on how to maintain control over some core elements in our system, as well as the software.”
