GETTING THROUGH TOX MIGHT NOT BE THE BOON IT ONCE WAS

As we all know revenue is the name of the game. Getting through TOX does raise the chance of generating revenue vs. not having gotten through. But given the lateness in the game and the rapidly dwindling cash reserves, I don't think the market is going to give that very much weight.

Some of the buying going on now us likely to be due to position squaring by market makers who are intending to stop making a market in the stock. Market makers are often short and those positions need to be covered to close out operations.
